This medium sized, ornate festival headdress has a sturdy satin wrapped ‘alice band’ base.
The layered, laser cut components in this style of headdress are taller in the centre of the headband, creating a tiara-like look.

Cut from secondhand fabric
While the alice band base, vinyl backing, jewels and decorative prints are NEW, the light blue fabric used in this tiara style festival headdress is secondhand. All my secondhand fabrics are machine washed before being repurposed.
Measurements
When laid flat this colourful tiara style tasselled headdress measures roughly 21cm high by 23cm wide (excluding the giant silky tassels).
Each oversize silky turquoise green tassel measures just over 10cm in length.
