Models Leony and Cidella are wearing their Statement jewelled earrings with a pompom trimmed, off the shoulder body suit by L.O.M fashion.
The fan and frill, droplet shape components in these neon green earrings swing below teardrop shape studs. This construction means the earrings have plenty of movement, optimising the light reflecting off those teardrop shaped jewels.
JEWELLED is a collection of colourful statement jewellery featuring recycled textiles and iridescent and colourful gems. It’s layered, vinyl printed fabric components were inspired by costume jewellery.
The neon green fabric used in this pair of Statement jewelled earrings was once a sari. Purchased during a trip round India and made into a colourful jacket by a tailor in Calcutta. These earrings are made from the left over fabric. The earrings are backed with a secondhand patterned cotton.
About the Statement jewel earrings –
Despite their size, being fabric these earrings are relatively light weight and easy to wear.
The studs fasten with surgical steel studs and butterfly backs, making them a good choice for anyone with sensitive ears.
Each earring measures roughly 8cm high by 5.5cm wide .
