Zingy, citrus inspired Summery small stud earrings in bright pink and blue, featuring fluorescent green fabric, laser cut ‘sequins’.
These colourful fabric studs are an easy way to add some playful colour, and SO LIGHT you’ll barely know they’re there!
Each small stud earring measures a dainty (by my standards) 2cm x 2cm.
The stud posts and backs are made from surgical steel, making them a good choice for anyone with sensitive ears or a nickel allergy.
The fluorescent green fabric used in these circular, small stud earrings was once a sari. Brought in India and taken to a tailor to be stitched into a kimono style jacket. Any remaining offcuts are now being repurposed in my colourful textile jewellery.
Every fabric used in this collection has been backed for durability and each laser cut component is finished with a fabric backing, meaning this bold and colourful jewellery looks just as good from behind.
FABRIC ‘SEQUINS’, JANGLING CHARMS is a collection of statement jewellery cut primarily from from textile offcuts and secondhand fabrics by dakota rae dust.
Designer Bec continues her quest to repurpose charity shop fabric finds and donated textile offcuts. Adding bold vinyl prints and laser cut fabric ‘sequins’ to create playful hair accessories, colourful earrings and statement necklaces.
