Delivery times / Postage costs
All my orders are sent with Royal Mail. Due to the time consuming, handmade nature of my work, high value orders, and orders being sent to destinations deemed to be at higher risk of loss are sent using a Royal Mail ‘signed for’ or ‘tracked’ service.
Please double check your delivery address is correct before checking out to avoid unnecessary delays.

Local to Bristol? Save on delivery costs and pick up your order in person.
I usually work Monday – Friday in my studio in Old market BS2 OBL or can bring your order home to BS7 for you to collect from there. Please opt for ‘collection’ as you check out and drop me a message to arrange an in-person pick up.
You are also very welcome to meet me at one of my markets and grab an order there.

Processing Time
Every item in my shop is handmade by me in my Bristol studio. Some items are held in stock but others are made up to order just for you.
If you need your Statement jewellery by a particular date please message me before purchasing and I will provide you with a more accurate time frame for your order’s completion.
