Cut from secondhand fabric
While the alice band base, vinyl backing, jewels and decorative prints are NEW, the mid blue cotton and blue/purple/gold speckled jersey fabric used in this halo style festival headdress are secondhand. All my secondhand fabrics are machine washed before being repurposed.
Measurements
When laid flat this colourful halo style headdress measures roughly 21cm high by 24cm wide.
