Cut from secondhand fabric
While the alice band base, vinyl backing, jewels and decorative prints are NEW, the blue floral print fabric used in this tiara style headdress is secondhand. All my secondhand fabrics are machine washed before being repurposed.
Measurements
When laid flat this festival headdress measures roughly 21cm high by 28cm wide.
