This eye catching Statement necklace features an ornate bib, constructed from layers of laser cut and vinyl printed, new and recycled fabric components, adorned with light reflecting glass jewels. JEWELLED is a regularly updated collection of colourful statement jewellery featuring recycled textiles and iridescent and colourful gems. The layered, vinyl printed fabric, laser cut jewellery components were inspired by costume jewellery. Design benefits
The lilac patterned cotton and shiny gold mirror fan and frill, droplet shape components in this statement mini jewel necklace sit on a floral print fabric base and are adorned with teardrop shaped gold jewels. Each gem and laser cut fabric component is carefully positioned and stitched on by hand to create a textural, luxurious, layered piece of jewellery. This necklace fastens with a dark navy cord meaning it’s length is adjustable. ***This is a next generation statement jewel mini bib necklace and features a neat fabric backing to hide the reverse of the vinyl backed base. This gives it a more finished, tidier look.Featuring vintage / secondhand fabrics
Both the patterned fabrics and the plain navy fabric used in the this mini bib necklace are secondhand. The lilac fabric was once a well worn pair of trousers that were machine washed and repurposed in this colourful bib.
