One-off statement mini jewel necklace in fluorescent rainbow colours.

Banish grey days with this beautifully bright, sparkly neon bib necklace. This eye catching piece of Statement jewellery features an ornate bib, constructed from layers of laser cut and vinyl printed, new and recycled fabric components, adorned with light reflecting glass jewels. *The dark iridescent jewels used in this headdress change colour from green to a warm pinky yellow depending on the angle they are seen from. JEWELLED is a regularly updated collection of colourful statement jewellery featuring recycled textiles and iridescent and colourful gems. The layered, vinyl printed fabric, laser cut jewellery components were inspired by costume jewellery. This range includes dainty (by my standards) stud earrings, tassel pendant necklaces, mini dangly earrings, Statement earrings and oversize bib necklaces.

Design benefits

The yellow floral print fabric and fluorescent pink fan and frill, droplet shape components in this statement mini jewel necklace sit on a bright turquoise jersey base and are adorned with teardrop shaped dark iridescent jewels. Each gem and laser cut fabric component is carefully positioned and stitched on by hand to create a textural, luxurious, layered piece of jewellery. This necklace fastens with a light blue cord meaning it’s length is adjustable. ***This is a next generation statement jewel mini bib necklace and features a neat fabric backing to hide the reverse of the vinyl backed base. This gives it a more finished, tidier look.

Featuring vintage / secondhand fabrics

The yellow floral print fabric and turquoise jersey used in the this mini bib necklace are secondhand. They were both originally unwanted high street fashion found a local charity shop. All my secondhand fabrics are machine washed before being repurposed. ALL my colourful statement jewellery arrives carefully wrapped inside a letter box sized, fully recyclable box. Making it a perfect gift for a joyful dressing loving friend.

Fabric jewellery is extremely light weight, meaning even large statement pieces can be worn comfortably but they do require a little care. I recommend storing your jewellery flat in a box to avoid any components getting bent or creased. Please avoid contact with water and perfume as this may mark the fabric or printed areas.
