The Jazzy Plectrum project
These beautifully decorative, teardrop shape earrings are part of my Jazzy plectrum project. Components in every pair of these colourful earrings are made from recycled fabrics or textile off cuts, allowing me to ensure no precious fabric goes to waste.
These are my OVERSIZE Jazzy Plectrum earrings, with just two scallop edged tiers. I also make a smaller, classic Statement earrings with a single tier of scallop edged shapes.
A huge benefit of using vintage and recycled fabrics is EXCLUSIVITY. EVERY PIECE IS LIMITED EDITION.
Every fabric component has been vinyl printed, hand cut and machine stitched into place. Each Statement earring is adorned with a silky tassel.
About the pink oversize Silky tassel earrings –
Despite their size, being fabric they are light weight and easy to wear.
The hooks are made from surgical steel, making them a good choice for anyone with sensitive ears.
Each earring measures roughly 14 cm x 6.5 cm.
